ASPA has responded to IPOS’s consultation on Emotional Perception, addressing AI-related inventions, computer-implemented inventions and the Aerotel-derived actual contribution approach in Singapore examination practice.
ASPA met with patent examiners from IPOS International for an afternoon tea on 7 October 2025, fostering open dialogue and collaboration between the patent profession and IPOS.
